LifeCheck is a paper-based organizational system that gives you the tools to create and store essential information so that you and your loved ones are prepared for a natural disaster or medical emergency.

There are two main components of the system.  The Information Section that you complete with medical, personal, financial and home inventory information and the Storage Section where you can store your important documents and photographs. 

These two parts are all kept in a sturdy zippered nylon binder that keeps everything together and can be packed quickly when needed.  Each LifeCheck contains all of the forms and information you need for 2 people.
